Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options: Buy Online, Pickup In Store - FREE Standard Ground Shipping (4 to 7 days) - $13.50 Standard 3rd Business Day Shipping - $29.95
NEW! We are pleased to offer free Standard Ground Shipping shipping for orders over $150 (exclusions apply).
Exclusions: Additional shipping charges may apply to large or bulky items, as well as shipments over 1000 miles, including on orders over $150. These charges will be communicated to you by FAES prior to shipping.
Per UPS policies, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Gift Receipts
Items being returned or exchanged with a Gift Receipt CANNOT be refunded to the original payment method. They must be returned for store credit on a gift card.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
Purchased in-store: Must be returned or exchanged in store. Items must be returned in new, unworn/unopened condition with tags on and with original receipt. Without a receipt, a store credit will be issued at the current selling price in the form of an FAES Gift Card. If you are a visitor not returning to campus that would like to return or exchange an item, please email us at faesbookstore@nih.gov.
Online Order Returns: You are eligible for a full refund to your original form of payment with the original receipt and within 30 days of purchase. Without a receipt, a store credit will be issued at the current selling price in the form of an FAES Gift Card.
Online Order Exchange: For exchanges, please get in touch with us at 301.496.5272 or faesbookstore@nih.gov. Please provide your name and order number and we will work with you to find a replacement.
